Imagine stepping back in time to an alternate history in Europe. You find yourself juggling roles as a bartender-turned-detective at The Nightcap, the city’s last standing speakeasy. While mixing up cocktails, your job is to coax secrets out of your patrons.
As you lend an ear to their tales, you’ll dive deep into their lives, unraveling a mystery that spans the entire society of Bukovie. Whether it’s affluent revelers frivolously spending on fancy drinks or shady lawmen and unsavory characters looking to involve you in their dubious dealings, you’ll need to stay sharp. You can choose to charm, delight, or even intimidate to extract the vital information you need.
The story boasts 20 compelling characters, each with their own tales and motives. Determining who deserves your trust is your call. You’ll have five cases to tackle, each requiring you to scrutinize every hint and interrogate every potential suspect—your success could mean saving lives and keeping your business afloat.
